Summary of Terms and Conditions:
- Promoter: Livat Hammersmith (the “Promoter”)
- Open to UK citizens aged 18+
- Competition entry via Instagram between 03.08.22 & 29.08.22 (the “Competition Live Dates”)
- No purchase necessary
- To enter participants must follow @livat.hammersmith on Instagram (the “Entrant/s”)
- The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries (the “Winner”) and will be notified via a direct message (“DM”) from @livat.hammermith.
- The winner of the Competition will receive a selection of Livat Hammersmith stores gift vouchers with a total value of £100.
Full Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"):
1 HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
1.1 The Refresh & Re-love Instagram Competition (the "Competition") is open to all Livat Hammersmith Meeting Place customers who are UK Citizens aged 18+ and excludes the employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone involved in the operation or administration of the Competition .
1.2 To enter into the Competition, the Entrants must follow @livat.hammersmith on Instagram during the Competition Live Dates.
1.3 The Winner of the Competition will receive a selection of Livat stores gift vouchers with a total value of £100.
1.4 The Competition will operate on the Competition Live Dates during Livat Hammersmith opening hours (opening hours can be found at www.livat.com/hammersmith).
1.5 The Winner will be selected at 17.00 on 29.08.22 at random from all qualifying Entrants, and will be announced on Instragram by @livat.hammersmith shortly after.
2 ELIGIBILITY
2.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
2.2 Multiple entries are permitted.
2.3 There will be a total of one (1) Prize to be won over the Promotional Period.
2.4 The Prize available to win will be a selection of vouchers from retailers at the Livat Meeting place with a total value of £100 (one hundred pounds).
2.5 The Prize will be sent to the address supplied by the Winner via DM. The Prize can only be sent to a UK address and will be sent within 1 month of the Winner accepting the Prize.
2.6 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
2.7 The retailers will be selected by the Promoter.
3 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
3.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to your participation in the Competition.
3.2 If you are a Winner of the Competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name to announce the Winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
3.3 By entering the Competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the Competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the Competition.
3.4 You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter.

4 GENERAL
4.1 If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any Entrant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that Entrant and any related entrants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
4.2 The Promoter may disqualify any entrant/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the Entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other Entrants).
4.3 The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
4.4 Our failure to enforce any term of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if it is not capable of running as planned.
4.5 By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.6 The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
4.7 English law governs this promotion and these terms and conditions and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
