There will be a variety of healing and nourishing activities – from relaxing yoga and meditation to group circles, astrology workshop and a unique opportunity to receive FREE 1-1 coaching/therapy.
Available as walk ins, however it is best to secure your spot. Have a look at the offering and book in! Limited spaces in particular the 1-1 coaching below (walk-in session subject to availability).

Yoga for beginners
This is an all accessible wholesome yoga for anyone who needs more movement, stretching & connection. Sandy is a qualified yoga instructor who is trained in classical Bhakti yoga, the origin of yoga as you know it today. For anyone who feels they need in their life to start moulding a healthier and fulfilling lifestyle.

Breathwork
Breathwork is your internal medicine to optimise overall health & emotional wellbeing. Aliyah will teach you how to tap into the power of your own breath to regulate your nervous system, relieve & prevent anxiety, stress and support depression recovery. You will leave feeling energised & restored with some daily breath techniques to take away with you.
