• The ‘Win a Family Ticket to Harry Potter World” promotion is open to all 18+ visitors at Livat Hammersmith Kings Street, London, W6 9HW, between 27 October – 1 November (the "Promotional Period”).

• To enter: Participants need to spend £20 or more inside IKEA Hammersmith at Livat Hammersmith, show the receipt to a member of staff in the Spells Kitchen Unit which will be open between 10.00am – 4.00pm where the staff member will take name, email, and phone number.

• Promoter: Livat Hammersmith.

• The Win a Family Ticket to Harry Potter World at Warner Bros. Studio promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all Livat customers, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

• To enter the promotion, participants must spend a minimum of £20 at IKEA Hammersmith at Livat Hammersmith and register their details inside the Spells Kitchen Unit during the promotional period between 27th October – 1st November to be entered into a prize draw on 3 November 2025.

• Purchases can occur at any time throughout the promotional period. IKEA Hammersmith opening hours are Monday – Saturday: 10am to 8pm, Sunday: 11am – 4pm.

• The activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the promotional period.

• Only customers who officially participate in the Promotion at IKEA Hammersmith, at Livat Hammersmith are eligible to win a Prize. Multiple entries are not permitted. Each participant is entitled to one entry only.

• A total of one prize is available during the Promotional Period, consisting of:
  1x Family Pass (2 adults, 2 children) to Harry Potter World at Warner Bros. Studios, London. The Family Pass will be purchased as a gift card, which must be redeemed 12 months after purchase.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• The WINNER will be picked at random and notified by phone & email on the 3rd November. The tickets will be sent via email on 4th November.

• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraudulent or illegal activity. Any related entrants will also be disqualified, and Prize eligibility forfeited.

• The Promoter may disqualify individuals who use the Promotion inappropriately, including but not limited to: collusion, manipulation, or any activity deemed to provide an unfair advantage.

• The Promoter shall not be liable (in contract, tort, including negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise) for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion.

• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• English law governs this Promotion and these terms and conditions, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
