Walk in to Win – Competition Terms and Conditions
From Thursday 5 March to Sunday 8 March shoppers are invited to step into our “Walk-In wardrobe” area outside IKEA’s main entrance in the Livat atrium to WIN £500 worth of shopping gift cards to spend at Livat.
The competition will be hosted in an area set up outside the IKEA entrance in the Livat Atrium. As well as entering the competition participants can learn about the latest trends for the home and your wardrobe as well as have photos next to FUN GIANT FASHION props for the ultimate SELFIE! Participants will scan the QR codes across the display and via the posters to subscribe to the Livat newsletter – and you will be entered to win.
By taking part in the Walk in to Win competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please also read our Privacy Policy which explains further how we handle any data you share with us when you enter into the competition.
THE PROMOTER
The promoter of the competition is Livat Hammersmith Kings Street, London, W6 9HW (the “Promoter”).
HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
No purchase is necessary to participate in the competition.
The competition will run from 6:30am on Thursday 5 March 2026 to Sunday 8 March 2026 at 9:30pm the (“Promotional Period”). All individual competition entries received after the Promotional Period will be automatically disqualified.
To enter the competition, you must:
Sign up to the Livat newsletter via the newsletter sign-up page during the Promotional Period. This can be accessed via the Livat website.
Sign up to the Livat newsletter via printed signage at the physically installation at Livat. This would be by scanning a QR code on the printed signage linking to the newsletter sign up.
Sign up to the Livat newsletter via Livat’s digital channels including Livat’s website and social media channels. A link to the Livat website can be found here: https://www.livat.com/hammersmith/en
Entry is open to new Livat newsletter subscribers only.
Maximum of one (1) entry per person during the Promotional Period is permitted. Any additional entries will not be accepted.
The Promoter will not accept:
responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
The Promoter will not accept entriesthat are:
automatically generated by a computer;
completed by third parties or in bulk; or
on behalf of another person.
There will be one (1) winner in total. The winner will be selected at random.
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except:
employees of the Promoter and individual(s) who are professionally connected with the Promoter;
employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition.
This Competition only applies within the United Kingdom.

Only customers who take part in the promotion by signing up to the Livat Newsltter via the website, in centre printed materials and via Livat’s Instagram or Facebook social media channels will be eligible to enter the competition for the opportunity to win the Prize.
The Prize is not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner of the Competition will be notified and contacted by Livat via e-mail on 10 March after the competition closes. If a winner does not respond to the message within seven (7) days, a new winner will be selected.
Once the winner has responded the Livat representative will advise on the collection of the prize. The gift cards use is subject to each retailer’s individual terms and expiry dates.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As far as is permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the Competition, you consent to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to your participation in the Competition.
By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the competition.

GENERAL
If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so as the Promoter may determine in its sole discretion.
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that you may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify you and any related entrant and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
