Discover a whole host of SEAriously good activities for budding little explorers this half term…
Immerse yourself in our ocean-themed play lab where you can be swept away with tranquil sounds of the deep blue, get hands-on with our crafting sessions and strike your best pose with our ‘shell-fie’ wall.
So, get ready for an experience full of playful activities and fun exploration - it’s all FREE to attend and no need to pre-book, just DIVE right in!

All activity will run across the half term week between 11am – 5pm.
Seize the day:

Ocean Explorer Trail
The sea creatures have got a little lost and are lurking amongst the stores around Livat! Help us get them back to the ocean by telling us which stores they’re hiding in.
Get all ocean creatures back safely, fill in the trail sheet, and be in with the chance of winning a prize bundle!
Grab your trail sheet and a pencil from one of our Livat Ambassadors in the Ocean Explorers hub!
For an extra special half term, discover our Ocean Entertainers in the meeting place Friday and Saturday
Friday 28th October, our roaming pirate and mermaid will have you swept off your feet with their magic tricks, balloon sea creatures and circus acts!
Saturday 29th October, enjoy songs of the sea with our live singer whilst having your face painted!

Ocean Explorer Trail – Terms and Conditions
Summary of Terms and Conditions:
- Promoter: Livat Hammersmith (the “Promoter”)
- Open to UK citizens
- Competition entry via completed Sook at Livat Meeting Place, Play Campaign Ocean Explorers Hub Pop Up between 24.10.22 & 30.10.22 (the “Competition Live Dates”)
- No purchase necessary.
- To enter participants must take part in the Ocean Explorer Trail in the Livat Meeting Place during opening hours
- The participants who correctly answer all 6 store locations that the sea creature vinyls are placed in, will be entered into the Prize Draw (the “
Prize Draw”)
- The winner of the Prize Draw (the “Winner”) will receive an ocean explorer prize bundle from IKEA’s BLAVINGAD range.
Full Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”):
1 HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
1.1 The Ocean Explorers Trail (the "Competition") is open to all Livat Hammersmith Meeting Place customers, and excludes the employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone involved in the operation or administration of the Competition.
1.2 The Competition will operate on the Competition Live Dates during Livat Hammersmith opening hours (opening hours can be found at www.livat.com/hammersmith).
1.3 To be entered into the Prize Draw, the Participants must take a trail sheet from a Livat Brand Ambassador located in the sook and search for each sea creature vinyl placed in 6 store windows within the meeting place. They must then return the completed sheet to the Brand Ambassador with all 6 correct answers and their contact details to be entered.
1.4 The Competition will end at 17.00 on 30.10.22.
1.5 The Winner will be selected on 11.11.22 at random (the “Winner”) from all qualifying entries and will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry.
1.6 The Winner will have one (1) week to respond or an alternative Winner will be selected at random.
1.7 The Winner will receive a selection of BLAVINGAD toys from IKEA.
2 ELIGIBILITY
2.1 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
2.2 Multiple entries are not permitted.
2.3 There will be a total of one (1) Prize to be won over the Competition Live Dates.
2.4 Participants must write all 6 correct store names on the sheet and return the completed sheet to the Brand Ambassador.
2.5 Participants must write a valid email address in the entry box on the back of the trail sheet.
3 The Prize
3.1 The Prize available to win will be: An ocean explorer prize bundle from IKEA’s BLAVINGAD range.
3.2 The Prize will be sent to the address supplied by the Winner when contacted. The Prize can only be sent to a UK address and will be sent within 1 month of the Winner accepting the Prize.
3.3 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
3.4 The decision of the Promoter or an independent judge (as applicable) is final and binding in all matters relating to this Competition, and no correspondence will be entered into on the matter.
4 DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
4.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to the Competition.
4.2 If you are a Winner of the Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter may use your name to announce the Winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
4.3 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers or any other relevant third party to administer the Competition and the Prize Draw.
4.4 You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter. You can view the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at: https://www.livat.com/hammersmith/privacy.
5 General
5.1 If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any Participant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that Participant and any related Participants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
5.2 The Promoter may disqualify any Participant using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate in its sole discretion (including without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the Participant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other Participants).
5.3 The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in the Competition. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
5.4 Our failure to enforce any term of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond our control and award the Prize from among all eligible Participants prior to cancellation.
5.5 We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, incorrect, or inaccurate entry forms whether caused by the Participants s or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Competition or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entry forms.
5.6 By participating in this the Competition, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
5.7 English law governs the Competition and the Terms, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

- Competition entry via completed Sook at Livat Meeting Place, Play Campaign Ocean Explorers Hub Pop Up between 24.10.22 & 30.10.22 (the “Competition Live Dates”)
- No purchase necessary.
- To enter participants must take part in the ‘Hook a bottle’ game in the Livat Meeting Place during opening hours
- The participants who successfully ‘hook’ a plastic bottle, will be in the chance of winning an instant prize
- Each winner will receive a prize which will be enclosed on a piece of paper, inside the bottle which will be provided by Livat tenants or directly from Livat.

1.5 The Winners will receive a prize, which is listed on the piece of paper, situated inside the bottle

2.4 Participants must successfully hook a plastic bottle, using the magnetic rod provided, to be in with the chance of winning a prize.
3 The Prize
3.1 The Prize available to win will be an option of the following
1) Specsavers: 1x free pair of prescription glasses or sunglasses
2) IKEA: 1x pack of VINTERSAGA Foam candy
3) Clarks: 1x free kids foot measure and 1x packet of sweets
4) Livat: 1x lollypop sweet
5) Livat: 1x ocean-themed pencil
3.2 Dependant on the Prize, the Winner may have to go to the relevant Tenant store to claim their prize or claim immediately from the Sook space.
1) Specsavers: The winner must hand in their voucher at Specsavers in Livat Hammersmith to claim
2) IKEA: Directly at the Sook space, via a member of the event team
3) Clarks: The winner must hand in their voucher at Clarks in Livat Hammersmith to claim
4) Livat prize: Directly at the Sook space, via a member of the event team
