    Got something you love that needs a little refresh? Or fancy giving pre-loved treasures a brand-new life? Join us for a feel-good weekend all about reusing, repairing and reimagining the things you already own.

    From wardrobe swaps to quick repairs and hidden treasure finds, these drop-in experiences make circular living easy and fun.

    Give your clothes a second life at the Quick Tailor Repair Station
    Sometimes, it only takes a small fix to fall back in love with something.
    Bring along up to 2 clothing items for quick repairs – from hems and buttons to simple stitching – and let our experts help keep your favourites going for longer.

    Swap your style, not your values!
    Swap your style, not your values! Bring up to 5 clean, wearable items and exchange them for tokens to “shop” pre-loved pieces. It’s an easy (and feel-good) way to update your wardrobe – no fast fashion needed

    Terms and Conditions: The Great Livat Re‑Love Weekend

    The Great Livat Re-Love Weekend is a sustainability-focused event taking place at Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London, W6 9HW, from Friday 24th April to Sunday 26th April 2026, 11am–4pm daily. The event will be held in the Livat Atrium and will feature activities designed to encourage visitors to reuse, repair and recirculate items they already own.

    Revive Station: Clothes Swap Shop: Drop in

    Swap Shop times: Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April 2026, 11am–4pm daily

    • First-come, first-served

    • Maximum of 5 adult clothing items per person

    • Items must be clean and in wearable condition

    • Participants should bring their own shopping bags

    • Organisers reserve the right to refuse unsuitable items

    • No changing rooms will be available

    Swap Shop Guidelines

    • All clothing items will be assessed at check-in by event staff and allocated a token value based on brand, quality, condition and garment type.

    • Tokens act as the currency within the Swap Shop

    • Token values will typically range from 1 to 5 tokens

    • A limited number of Gold Tokens may be awarded for premium designer items

    • Participants receive tokens equivalent to the value of the items they donate

    • Tokens can be used to redeem items within the Swap Shop only

    • Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

    • Tokens are valid only during the event

    • Gold Tokens cannot be created by combining lower-value tokens

    • The organisers’ decision on token allocation is final

    Reuse Exchange Station: Books, Toys & Small Homeware Swap: Drop in

    Books, Toys & Small Homeware Swap times: Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April 2026, 11am–4pm daily

    Books, Toys & Small Homeware Swap Guidelines:

    • Visitors may bring up to 5 items including books, toys or small homeware

    • The exchange operates on a one-for-one swap basis

    • Items must be clean and in good condition

    • Organisers reserve the right to refuse unsuitable items

    • Any unclaimed items left after the event may be donated to a local charity partner

    Repair Station: Quick Tailor Bar: Drop in

    Quick Tailor Bar times: Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April, 11am–4pm

    Quick Tailor Bar Guidelines

    • Repairs offered on a first-come, first-served basis

    • A time-ticket system may be issued on arrival

    • Maximum of 2 clothing items per person

    • Repairs may include small alterations, button replacement, hems or stitching fixes

    • Organisers reserve the right to refuse items that cannot be repaired during the event

    Donations

    • All donated items are given on a non-returnable basis and cannot be reclaimed once donated. Any items remaining at the end of the event may be donated to a local charity partner selected by Livat Hammersmith.

    Promoter

    • Promoter Rights

    • The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and may disqualify any individual using the event inappropriately or attempting to manipulate the activity mechanics.

    • The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the event, except in cases of fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

    • By taking part, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the event.

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
