Terms and Conditions: The Great Livat Re‑Love Weekend: Swap Shop
The Love Your Stuff for Longer – The Great Re-Love Weekend is a sustainability-focused event taking place at Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London, W6 9HW, between Friday 24th April and Sunday 26th April 2026 from 11am – 4pm daily. The event will take place in the Livat Atrium outside the IKEA entrance and will feature activities encouraging visitors to reuse, repair and recirculate items they already own.
To participate in this event visitors will be required to sign up to the Livat Hammersmith newsletter via the QR codes displayed on event signage.
General Participation
The event is open to both adults and children. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Participation in activities is subject to availability and may operate on either a first-come, first-served basis or via pre-booking where specified.
By attending the event, visitors consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Images and recordings may be used by Livat Hammersmith and its partners for marketing and promotional purposes.
Event Activities
The Love Your Stuff for Longer – The Great Re-Love Weekend will feature four dedicated activity zones designed to encourage visitors to extend the life of the items they already own through reuse, repair and creative customisation.
Renew Station – Customisation Workshops
Revive Station – Style Swap Clothes Exchange
Reuse Exchange – Books, Toys & Small Homeware Swap
Repair Station – Quick Tailor Bar
Participation in each activity is voluntary and subject to the specific terms outlined below.
Swap Shop – Clothes Revival
The activity will run Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April 2026.
Opening times are 11am – 4pm daily.
Participation operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants must sign up to the Livat Hammersmith newsletter via event signage to take part.
Participants may bring a maximum of 5 items of adult clothing.
Participants should bring their own shopping bags.
All items must be clean and in wearable condition.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse items deemed unsuitable.
No changing rooms will be available.
Token System
All clothing items brought to the swap will be assessed at check-in by event staff. Each item will be allocated a token value based on brand, quality, condition and garment type.
Tokens act as the currency within the Swap Shop.
Token values typically range between 1 and 5 tokens.
Participants receive tokens equivalent to the value of their donated items.
Tokens can be used to redeem items within the swap shop.
Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Tokens are only valid during the event.
The organisers’ decision on token allocation is final.
Re-Use Exchange – Books, Toys & Small Homeware
Visitors may bring up to 5 items including books, toys or small homeware items.
The exchange operates on a one-for-one swap basis.
Items must be clean and in good condition.
Organisers reserve the right to refuse unsuitable items.
Unclaimed items remaining after the event may be donated to a local charity partner.
Quick Tailor Bar – Repair Station
The repair station will operate Friday 24th – Sunday 26th April between 11am – 4pm.
Repairs are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A time-ticket system may be issued on arrival.
Visitors may bring up to 2 items of clothing per person.
Repairs may include small alterations, button replacement, hems or stitching fixes.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse items that cannot be repaired during the event.
Donations
All donated items are given on a non-returnable basis and cannot be reclaimed once they have been donated to the event. Any items remaining at the end of the event may be donated to a local charity partner selected by Livat Hammersmith.

Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may disqualify any individuals using the event inappropriately or attempting to manipulate the activity mechanics.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the event, except for liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
By participating in this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to the event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and English courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
Terms and Conditions: The Great Livat Re‑Love Weekend: Tote bag sign up incentive
Promoter
The promoter of this incentive is Livat Hammersmith (“Livat”), King Street, London.
Incentive Period
The incentive is valid during The Great Livat Re-Love Weekend: • 24 April – 26 April 2026 • 11am – 4pm daily or while stocks last, whichever comes first.
Eligibility & Participation
This incentive is only available to visitors participating in The Great Livat Re-Love Weekend event. To receive a tote bag, participants must: • Visit the event space in the Livat Atrium • Scan the official QR code displayed within the event area • Complete the newsletter sign-up form • Confirm their subscription via the confirmation email received • Accept the Terms & Conditions Only fully completed and confirmed sign-ups will be valid.
Tote Bag Allocation
A total of 100 branded Livat tote bags are available. Tote bags will be distributed on a first come, first served basis across the event weekend to the first 100 participants who complete and confirm their sign-up. Limit of one tote bag per person. Once all tote bags have been claimed, the incentive will end.
Collection
Tote bags must be collected in person from the event area during event hours.
The event area is located in the Livat Atrium. The event is open between 11am – 4pm on 24, 25 and 26 April only. Tote bags can only be collected during these times. Participants must present proof of sign-up and confirmed subscription via the confirmation email. Tote bags will only be issued by event staff upon verification. Tote bags cannot be reserved, posted, or collected at a later date.
No Cash Alternative
The tote bag is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
Data Protection
Personal data will be collected for the purpose of administering the newsletter sign-up. By confirming their subscription, participants agree to receive Livat marketing communications. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Livat’s Privacy Policy.
General
Livat reserves the right to amend or withdraw this incentive at any time without prior notice. Livat reserves the right to refuse participation where misuse or abuse of the incentive is suspected. By participating, individuals agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
