Terms and Conditions: The Great Livat Re‑Love Weekend
The Great Livat Re-Love Weekend is a sustainability-focused event taking place at Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London, W6 9HW, from Friday 24th April to Sunday 26th April 2026, 11am–4pm daily. The event will be held in the Livat Atrium and will feature activities designed to encourage visitors to reuse, repair and recirculate items they already own.
General Participation
The event is open to adults and children. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Participation is subject to availability and may operate on a first-come, first-served basis or via pre-booking where stated.
By attending, visitors consent to being photographed and/or filmed. Images and recordings may be used by Livat Hammersmith and its partners for marketing and promotional purposes.
Participation in each activity is voluntary and subject to the terms below.
Event Activities
The event includes four activity zones designed to help visitors extend the life of their belongings through reuse, repair and creative customisation:
Renew Station: Creative Workshops
Renew Station: Creative Workshops: Bookable on the Livat website
The Renew Station will host creative workshops where visitors can personalise or upcycle items using recycled materials and simple craft techniques.
There will be four different workshops per day, each lasting around 30 minutes, with a maximum of 6 participants per session. Each day will consist of a different theme.
Workshop times: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm on 24th, 25th and 26th April 2026
Create workshops:
‘Painting pocket mirrors’: 24th April. A creative workshop inviting visitors to paint and personalise their own pocket mirror. Experiment with colour and design to create a one-of-a-kind piece to take home.
‘Bag or phone charm making’: 25th April:. Children and Adults can attend this workshop to make a bag charm or phone charm. Participants will learn how to use beading tools and a few cord knotting techniques.
‘Bag making’: 26th April: This workshop is catered to adults. Participants will learn how to hand sew a canvas bag.
Creative Workshops Guidelines
Workshop places must be booked via the Livat Hammersmith website.
Walk-ins may be accepted if spaces become available due to cancellations or no-shows.
All materials and equipment will be provided.
Participants must arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may lose their place.
Organisers reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Donations
All donated items are given on a non-returnable basis and cannot be reclaimed once donated. Any items remaining at the end of the event may be donated to a local charity partner selected by Livat Hammersmith.

Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and may disqualify any individual using the event inappropriately or attempting to manipulate the activity mechanics.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the event, except in cases of fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
By taking part, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the event.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
