This Easter holiday, families are invited to step into our colourful Sweets & Smiles Easter Garden – a bright, interactive space packed with creative activities, sweet surprises and plenty of photo-worthy moments.
Entry Requirements
To take part, parents or guardians must sign up to the Livat newsletter on arrival or show proof of existing newsletter registration by presenting the Sweet & Smile email.

Children can enjoy a range of fun activities including:
Creative crafts – design your own chocolate bar wrapper and make a “Say Something Sweet” kindness card
Face painting – transform into a colourful Easter character
Sweet selfie moments – pose with giant sweets and our fun photo backdrops
Easter-themed craft activities – perfect for creative little hands
Take part in the Easter Sweet Trail
After exploring the Sweet Garden, families can continue the adventure with the Easter Sweet Trail around the centre. Children will receive a Trail Sheet and set off to find sweet-themed clues displayed in shop windows across Livat. Complete the trail and children can collect their Easter Treat!*

If spaces are available on the day, they will be first come, first served
Only bookings made via the Livat Website will be accepted

Sweets & Smiles Easter Garden – Event Terms & Conditions
1. Event Details
The ‘Sweets & Smiles’ Easter Garden is a free, family-friendly Easter activation designed for children aged 3–12 years.
The event will take place from Monday 30 March to Saturday 4 April at Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London W6 9HW, located in the Livat Atrium adjacent to the IKEA entrance.
Opening hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm daily.
The Easter Garden is a hosted environment staffed by trained event ambassadors and includes:
Sweet-themed Easter garden installation
Seasonal décor and oversized sweet props
Arts and crafts activity stations
“Say Something Sweet” kindness activity
Face painting (subject to availability)
Selfie photo opportunities
Sweet themed Easter window sticker trail around 6 retailers.
Easter Trail & participation gift collection point
All children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over at all times.
One adult may supervise a maximum of four children within the activation space.
The Promoter reserves the right to pause entry, close the activation temporarily, or adjust operations for safety, capacity or operational reasons.
2. Participation & Booking
Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
Parents or guardians must sign up to the Livat newsletter on arrival, or provide proof of prior newsletter registration by showing they have received the ‘Sweet & Smile’ newsletter.
Visitors may pre-book a 30-minute session via the Livat website or attend as walk-ins subject to availability.
Each session capacity:
24 pre-booked participants
Up to 10 additional walk-in participants
Visitors must arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
Visitors must follow instructions from event staff at all times.
3. Activities
Children may take part in a range of creative activities within the Sweet Garden including:
Designing a chocolate bar wrapper
Creating a “Say Something Sweet” kindness card
Easter craft activities
Face painting (subject to availability)
Taking photos at themed selfie areas
Easter Sweet themed trail around the retailers
Craft items created during the event may be taken home.
Activities may be amended, rotated or withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion without prior notice.
Participation is at the visitor’s own risk.
4. Easter Sweet Trail
Participants leaving the Sweet Garden may take part in the Easter Sweet Trail around Livat.
Visitors will receive a Trail Sheet showing six participating retailers.
Children must locate sweet-themed window vinyls displayed in participating store windows and record the sweets on their trail sheet.
Once all sweets store vinyls have been found, participants should visit the designated collection point inside IKEA to complete the trail.
The trail is self-guided and participation is voluntary.
Children must remain supervised by a parent or guardian while completing the trail.
5. Sweet Trail Reward
Children who successfully complete the Easter Sweet Trail may receive one small Easter toy an IKEA FABLER BJÖRN Soft toy, beige
Easter trail gift:
Limited to one per participating child
Available while stocks last
Collected only from the designated IKEA collection point
Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
The trail gift will be at IKEA FABLER BJÖRNSoft toy, beige
Parents and guardians are responsible for checking suitability of any gift provided including allergies and choking hazards.
6. Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during the event for marketing and promotional purposes.
By entering the activation space visitors consent to photography or filming that may include them or their children.
Visitors who prefer not to appear in photography should inform a member of the event team.
7. Health & Safety
Visitors must behave safely and respectfully during the event.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
Visitors must follow instructions from event staff at all times.
The Promoter is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
8. Liability
Participation in the event is at the visitor’s own risk.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the event if necessary.
Activities, timings and rewards may be modified where required for operational reasons.
By participating in the event visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are governed by English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction.
