Swap Shop Guidelines:
The event will be held from 28 February and 1 March 2025 from 1pm – 6pm at Livat Hammersmith in the atrium.
The event will be run on a first come first served basis.
To participate in the ‘swap shop’ participants must donate up to six items to the event.
For every one item participants donate, they will receive one voucher which they can exchange for another item of similar value.
Items donated will be categorized according to approximate value, as decided by the staff manning the event.
Donations of over six items will not be accepted.
All clothes donations must be in clean and wearable condition.
Only adult clothing will be accepted.
The event organisers reserve the right to refuse donations they deem to be in an unacceptable condition or that fall into the above criteria.
Participants should bring their own shopping bags: bags will not be available at the event.
Participants are encouraged to wash their new items before wear.
There will be no changing rooms at the event and participants must not change in public.
At the event organisers' discretion, individuals may participate in the event without bringing clothes if they instead make a donation of an agreed amount to the organisers’ charity partner of choice.
Except as laid out above, no purchase or payment of any form is required for entry into the event, though donations to a charity partner of our choice are greatly appreciated.
