‘Spin to Win (the "Promotion") is open to all Livat Meeting Place customers, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Children under the age of 18 can participate as long as an adult or guardian is present to claim the Prize.
To be entered into the Promotion, Participants must visit the Livat Summer Festival stall on Lyric Square, Hammersmith and take part by spinning the prize wheel.
Once the wheel has stopped spinning and the Win triangle has landed on a segment of the wheel, the participant with either an instant prize or a voucher to redeem – all voucher Prizes will include the retailer’s own terms and conditions for redemption.
The Promotion will be live on the following dates (the "Promotional Period”): Mondays & Tuesdays only, between 01.07.25 – 29.05.25 (1 July, 7 July, 8 July, 14 July, 15 July, 21 July, 22 July, 28 July, 29 July) during the hours of 11.00am – 6.00pm (the activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during this period. Participating store opening times will vary so check online or instore.
This is an instant win promotion.
An adult can claim the Prize on behalf of a minor (under 18).
No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
Multiple entries per day are not permitted. The participant has one spin of the wheel per live activity day during the Promotional Period.
There will be a minimum of three hundred and twenty three prizes per day (323) and a minimum of two thousand seven hundred (2,910) Prizes to be won over the Promotional Period.
The Prize(s) available to win will be:
Two thousand seven hundred (2,700) mixed IKEA products
Two hundred and twenty two (220) Chamber 9 wheel cake vouchers
A minimum of ten (10) x Chicken Shop vouchers
If the Prize is in the form of a voucher, the voucher will include the retailer’s specific terms and conditions for redemption. These will only be valid for redemption in stores within Livat Hammersmith.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Participating Retailers reserve the right to change the Prize offered to one of equivalent value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. The Livat Newsletter and IKEA Family promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all Livat Meeting Place customers, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
To enter the Promotion, participants must sign up to the Livat digital newsletter on their smart phone using the QR code link provided, with their name and email address, they will be encouraged to sign up to become a member of IKEA Family (if not an existing IKEA Family member).
Participants must present their voucher to the staff at the IKEA restaurant between 1 July, 2025 to 31 December, 2025 to receive one (1) free IKEA hot dog or Plant-based hot dog.
The activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period.
Participants can only sign up once to receive the newsletter or become an IKEA Family member so only one (1) Prize per person will be awarded.
The Prize(s) available to win will be: Eight hundred (800) units in total of either IKEA hot dogs or Plant-based hot dogs.
Prizes must be claimed at the IKEA Restaurant in Livat Hammersmith during the Promotional Period and will not be accepted at any other IKEA store.
