The Spend £20 to Win an iPad promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all Livat Meeting Place customers who are residents of the UK, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
To enter the Promotion, participants must spend £20 or more in any of the stores in Livat Hammersmith on the date of entry. Receipts must be dated the same day as the entry during the Promotional Period.
Participants must present their receipt(s) to the event staff at the branded Livat stand in the Livat Atrium during the Promotional Period. Each valid receipt of £20 (or multiple receipts equating to the value of £20 or more) will entitle the participant to one entry into that day’s prize draw. Participants will then need to submit their details (name, date and email address) via a tablet provided to be entered into the prize draw.
Purchases made on Mondays and Tuesdays can occur at any time. Customers can present their receipts on the same day between 11.00 AM and 6.00 PM, or on any subsequent Monday or Tuesday during the Promotion Period. At the end of the promotion, a random prize draw will be conducted and an iPad awarded for each day during the promotional period.
The activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the Promotional Period.
Each day of the Promotion, one iPad prize will be awarded via a random prize draw from that day’s valid entries.
Participants may only enter once per day, per £20 spent. Multiple entries are allowed on different days, but only one entry per person per day is permitted.
The Prize(s) available to win will be: a) One (1) APPLE 11" iPad (2025) per day of the Promotional Period (total of nine iPads to be won).
The draw for each day’s Prize will take place on 30th July 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address provided upon entry within 2 weeks of the prize draw. Winner will have 1 week to respond and claim the Prize. After 1 week an alterative winner will be selected.
Prizes will be sent via a recorded delivery to a selected UK address within four (4) weeks of the Prize being claimed.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances prevent the original Prize from being available.
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants, and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify any individual(s) using the Promotion in a way deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion (including, without limitation, collusion, manipulation, or engagement in any activity that may give the entrant an unfair advantage).
The Promoter shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter’s liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
English law governs this Promotion and these terms and conditions, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
