What is Livat’s Spell Kitchen?
Livat Spell Kitchen is an immersive FREE BOOKABLE EVENT inside Livat (based in a unit near Sainsbury’s) where children can come and enter a medieval spells kitchen to create their own potions, learn about the history of spells and wizardry and receive a graduation certificate alongside a gift collectable from inside IKEA Hammersmith at the end of the event.
Our SEN sessions on 29 October & 30 October between 10:00 am -11:00 am will be quieter (No PA) & calmer sessions less lighting, run at half capacity to support and cater for those with special needs.
Open to children aged 3 years to 12 years old.

Walk ins will also be available for these between 10:00 am & 11:00 am based on a first come first served.
Parents or guardians must always remain with their children during the session. You must arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

Terms and Conditions
‘Livat Spells Kitchen’ promotion is open to children aged 3years to 12years old. It will run from Monday 27 October to Saturday 1 November inside Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London, W6 9HW.
Session times are listed below. Each session will last up to 30 minutes. Parents or guardians must always remain with their children during the session. You must arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

28 October: 10am, 11am, Midday, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm
29 October: 10am – 11am ZEN session, Midday, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm
30 October: 10am - 11 ZEN session, Midday, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm
31 October: 10am, 11am, Midday, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 3.30pm

You MUST pre-book your session via the Livat Website (link here) to avoid disappointment. Each session has capacity for 20 pre-bookable children and 5 walk-ins. Walk ins will be available for each timetabled session – based on a first come, first serve basis.
One person (guardian or adult) can book or bring in a maximum of 4 children at a time into this event.

The activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the promotional period.

Prizes | Gifts
Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Children taking part in the Livat Spells Kitchen will be able to collect FREE Popping Candy (after) and a personalised graduation certificate (during) the event.
Promoter Rights
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter's liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
English law governs this promotion and these terms and conditions, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
