Summary Terms and Conditions:
‘Livat Lucky Locker Kings Street’ promotion is open to all visitors to Livat Hammersmith, aged 18+. Enter at Livat Hammersmith, Kings Street, London, W6 9HW. Between 25th September – 27th September, 12 PM – 6 PM (the "Promotional Period”).
To Enter: Participants get a promotional A6 card from one of the Livat Brand Ambassadors on Kings Street, Hammersmith or the surrounding area. Participants can bring the card to Livat Hammersmith’s ‘Lucky Locker’ at the Livat Atrium to receive one of the thousands of instant win prizes (the Prize). Instant win prizes vary; some may be items or vouchers that will be redeemable at Livat’s stores.
Altogether 5,000 pcs of Livat A6 cards will be handed out on Kings Street.
No purchase necessary.

There will be a minimum of one thousand two hundred eighty-five (1,285) Prizes to be won over the Promotional Period.

The Livat Lucky Locker (the “Promotion”) is open to all Livat Hammersmith customers aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
Participants must have received or be in receipt of the Livat promotional postcard handed to them by the Livat Brand Ambassadors on King Street, Hammersmith, and the surrounding area during the promotional period of 25, 26, and 27 September, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
To enter the Promotion, participants must bring their promotional postcard to the Livat Hammersmith ‘Lucky Locker’ area at the Livat Atrium. The Lucky Locker area will be open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the same dates.
Entrants will need to present their A6 card to the Livat Brand Ambassador at the Lucky Locker counter to open a Lucky Locker for a guaranteed instant prize. Participants can choose from one of 12 lockers, which will reveal a prize to instantly win. All voucher Prizes will include the retailer’s own terms and conditions for redemption.
Multiple entries are not permitted. Each participant is entitled to one entry only. The activity is at the centre’s discretion and may not be live at all times during the promotional period.
This is an instant win promotion. An adult can claim the Prize on behalf of a minor (under 18).

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If the Promoter has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant may be involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, it reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants and the eligibility to win the Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter may disqualify any individual/s using the promotion in a way in which they deem inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
The Promoter shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence), or the breach of statutory duty or any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person/s suffered directly or indirectly from participating in this Promotion. Nothing in these terms shall limit the Promoter's liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
English law governs this promotion and these terms and conditions, and the English courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
