Discover different ways to train your brain

You don’t have to be an athlete or even break a sweat, to keep your mind in great shape. Come and try different ways to train your brain at our Brain Gym.

Free event, open 16th – 23rd March.
Weekdays and Saturdays: 12pm – 6pm
Sundays: 10am – 4pm

Keeping your mind healthy is just as important as keeping your body healthy. Whatever your age, there are huge benefits to looking after your brain.

Come along and try fun and exciting ways to exercise your brain: crack the code to unlock prizes, test your memory with our matching pairs game and put your senses on trial with scent, touch and vision challenges.

If you have questions related to mental health, we are working with the Alzheimer's Association and a range of community groups and experts who will be on hand to chat and offer advice and talks throughout the week.

Workshops

De-stressing the Mind

Understand how stress can impact the brain by destroying neurons and impairing memory. Learn some simple breathwork techniques that you can use every day to counter this.
Breathwork will teach you how to tap into the power of your breath to regulate your nervous system and directly change the way you feel, reduce excess cortisol in the body and help you access inner peace and resilience.

Led by Coach & Therapist @aliyahcoaching.

Dementia Friends Information Sessions

Hammersmith & Fulham Alzheimer's Society will be on hand to teach you the 5 things everyone needs to know about dementia, as well as answer questions you may have.

Healthy Habits for a Healthier Mind

Join us for a motivating workshop led by self-love & life coach Charlotte from Self Love London (@selflovelondonuk) where she will gently guide you through a mindful journey focused on adopting healthier micro goals and habits.

In this workshop, Charlotte will introduce the concept of setting micro intentions and goals as small, manageable steps towards achieving your bigger aspirations. By incorporating these daily micro goals into your routine, you'll find yourself steadily progressing towards your larger goals all whilst feeling motivated & empowered at the same time!
