What is it about?
This free talk is delivered in honour of International Women's Day. Ever wondered what to expect during the transformative stage of the perimenopause and menopause? What does it feel like? How long does it last?
Or if you are already going through the menopause - how to alleviate the most common symptoms in a natural way?
During this practical and informative talk, Libby Stevenson will offer an introduction designed for you to:
Empower yourself with knowledge about the perimenopause & menopause
Recognise the symptoms and ways to ease them from natural remedies to HRT
Experience how yoga can help to manage the symptoms with meditation, breathing techniques and stillness.
This stage of life is also a time to connect to reconnect to your cyclical nature and a deeper understanding of who you are. During this talk, we will explore how to align to the phases of the moon as a way to navigate the hormonal and physical changes of the (peri)menopause.

How to connect to your birth chart and what this could mean for YOU
Class includes journaling and a manifesting ritual
In this class, Chloe will show you how to work with the moon and make the most of each phase of the lunar cycle. You have a map - your birth chart - which can give guidance and insights. We will show you how to connect to the moon through your birth chart, with some journaling questions to process what comes up for you.
About new moons: New moons are about new beginnings, bringing in new energy. A new moon marks the start of a lunar cycle, it is a time to set intentions, to plant seeds. You can use each new moon as a chance to get clear on your goals once a month. Connect to your birth chart and focus these goals on the area of life where the new moon is transiting.
The theme of the upcoming new moon in Pisces is to tap into creativity, intuition and emotions. The new moon will activate specific points in your birth chart. In this masterclass, you will learn what this means for you and find guidance by interpreting your chart and journaling.

Her mission is to encourage women of all ages to do yoga and to help them understand how the body changes with age. She makes yoga accessible for all bodies and abilities and her goal is to make every woman’s menopause journey, a healthier, more informed and a better one.
Chloe Smart is the founder of The Moon Witches Club (@themoonwitchesclub). She teaches astrology as a practice of self understanding, self acceptance and healing. She focuses on our cyclical nature and connection to the cycles of the moon as a way to tap into our power and find the magic in everyday life.
