January doesn’t have to feel grey. This Blue January, Livat Hammersmith is hosting a series of uplifting wellness workshops designed to help you reset, recharge and reconnect – right in the heart of the centre.
Livat is collaborating with Somatic Therapist & Coach @Aliyah_breathefeelheal to bring you a series of workshops to support your mental and emotional wellbeing.
From calming mindful moments to creative and movement-led sessions, our workshops are all about supporting your wellbeing in a relaxed, welcoming way. Whether you’re popping in for a lunchtime lift or planning a more intentional self-care moment, there’s something to suit every mood and schedule.

I help individuals understand and release trauma in the body, manage & transform anxiety, relieve stress and support depression recovery. I specialise in inner child, trauma and attachment wound healing as well as subconscious reprogramming. I am dedicated to support and empower you to transform anxiety, fears and limiting beliefs so you can step into your true, authentic self with love, trust & courage.
