We know that sometimes, we all need a little break. Join us on 25th February to take some time out from hectic city life, and focus on you.
Enjoy a series of talks offering simple and easy ideas on how to improve your wellbeing, as well as personal advice from life coaches. You can also get creative, by making a heart with everything important in your life that you feel grateful for.
And that’s not all! We’ll also be treating visitors to a ‘Fika ’ - a Swedish tradition that involves taking a break and enjoying delicious treats! Our giant Fika table will be open all day, offering you a chance to relax, catch up with friends or others in the community and enjoy a little taste of something sweet.
A series of wellbeing classes with FRAME throughout the day will have you channelling both energy and tranquillity. By focusing on mindfulness, breathing and simple stretching for relaxation, FRAME will have you feeling at your best. Book a spot onto one of these sessions here.
